Angel is a 200-plus-year-old-vampire (He was born in Ireland in the 1700's. When he became a vampire, he was Angelus, one of the most vicious and cruel vampires around. He was cursed by gypsies and given his soul back so that he would always remember the terrible things he had done. As Angel, his mission in life was to help Buffy slay bad guys. However, Angel and Buffy fell in love, and in a moment of passion he lost his soul and became Angelus again. After many months of evil, he became kind Angel again when Willow was able to recurse him. |
